Programmer arrested for bogus Japan-China story (AFP)


Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi leaves the controversial Yasukuni war shrine in October 2005. A 30-year-old Japanese computer programmer was arrested on suspicion of posting a fictitious article saying Chinese troops invaded Japan on a bogus Japanese-language Yahoo News website.
